Where to find Editing Jobs on the Internet

Would you give a friend bad advice?

Following is a message which I sent to a friend who was requesting information about finding ways to find editing jobs online. By eavesdropping on my email you'll learn exactly what I told her and perhaps find these links and the advice worthwhile too.

Deborah, I know you asked for this about a week or so ago but the links were on my "work" laptop. The editing membership site is shown here on one of my blogs; it's actually for finding "writing" jobs but I'm thinking you may see editing too. The other links are for articles which are for freelancing online and you'll definitely get editing jobs there. My first suggestion would be to start with becoming a freelancer at Fiverr. Do a few "small" jobs for the $5 and move up to offering larger priced services. It doesn't take long! A great primer would be to search those who offer to edit via Fiverr and see what they are doing and what they charge.

Here's the link to the Ad Mention in a blog:

PS. If you haven't advertised on the Free USA Classifieds Facebook Site, you should try it. Plus, if you want to advertise full display type ads (instead of only "up to 50 words") you could ask to join the Closed group which allows you to post display ads (also free) but has others perks like support from the other members. Read details about both free sites here.
